Corella, The Author of My Own Story

This autobiography chronicles my experiences as a young girl growing up in West Philadelphia and relocating to the Main Line, an adjustment that presented significant cultural contrasts. As a teenager I was faced with many hardships which forced me to grow up fast.  Rejected by my father, I became the sole caregiver and provider for my mother after a traumatic event left her severely impaired. I also address my relationship with Kobe Bryant, widely regarded as one of the greatest athletes of all time, and discuss the significant impact he has had on my life. This book also covers the events and experiences of over the next 25 years living in Atlanta. This includes working for a law enforcement agency where the Sheriff ordered a hit on a rival, my encounter with a well-known public figure in jail who was my celebrity crush, a racist boss who gives skin lightening cream, seeing personal goals come to fruition, and much more. Ultimately, this autobiography is more than a record of trials and triumphs; it is a testament to perseverance, a celebration of personal growth, and a tribute to the enduring spirit that carries us forward through every chapter of life.
